About the Role:

We are looking for a Customer Advocacy professional to build and manage our customer reviews and reference programs across third party sites like G2 and TrustRadius, our partners marketplaces, and within Zoom’s own properties. You will create the strategy, operationalize the processes, determine success metrics, and execute the day-to-day activities.

The ideal candidate is an advocate for our customers who is passionate about understanding their needs, telling their stories, and building relationships that are mutually beneficial that will earn us their advocacy in return.

What you’ll do:

  • Establish the process and systems for driving customer reviews, references, stories, and their joint promotion plans across the entire Zoom platform and product portfolio.

  • Build and own the strategy of how we use third party reviews to drive pipeline and new opportunities.

  • Partner with stakeholders to activate customer voice generated from review sites throughout sales and marketing materials.

  • Work with customer-facing teams to create, grow, and maintain a formalized customer reference program to help sales fulfill requests for peer reference calls. Drive awareness and adoption of programs across the company.

  • Identify advocates and customer success stories from the reference program and online reviews to showcase how Zoom customers are innovating and activate their stories across blogs, case studies, webinars, events, media, etc.

  • Define success metrics for review site and reference programs and report progress against them.

  • Support senior executives, marketing, and sales with reference discovery and connections.

  • Plug into product launch and roadmap to support upcoming announcements with reviews and customer proof as required. 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • At least 5 yrs of related professional experience in customer advocacy, customer marketing, product marketing, sales or customer success; Or at least 2 years of related professional experience with a Master’s degree.

  • Proven track record of success managing projects, multiple stakeholders, and driving measurable results.

  • You are a strategic thinker with a true passion for storytelling and customer marketing.

  • You have a positive attitude and can adjust rapidly to fast-paced dynamic environments.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$73,200.00

Maximum:

$178,400.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
